This page describes how information submitted through website forms is handled. (Draft text; the final version is subject to company approval.)
What information is stored?
Your name, phone number, optional email, request details and files you attach are stored to respond to that request.
Submitted files
Nameplate photos and drawings are not public and are available only to site administrators.
Retention period
Closed requests and their files are deleted after 12 months. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
Analytics
Core assets and fonts are self-hosted. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after consent; see Cookie settings for your choice.
Traffic analytics & security
برای گزارش صفحات، منابع ورودی و جست‌وجوی داخلی، آمار داخلی سایت ثبت می‌شود. در صورت فعال بودن ثبت IP، نشانی IP و مسیر صفحه بدون پارامترهای نشانی، حداکثر 7 روز و فقط برای مدیرکل نگهداری می‌شود؛ آمار تجمیعی حداکثر 90 روز است. IP نشانهٔ قطعی هویت نیست. درخواست‌های Do Not Track و Global Privacy Control برای آمار بازدید رعایت می‌شوند. ثبت رخدادهای امنیتی و تلاش ورود برای حفاظت از سایت مستقل است.
Optional Google Analytics
If the owner enables Google Analytics, its library and analytics cookies load only after your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings. This integration does not send URL query parameters, search terms or form information. Google receives your network address when a connection is made. Declining consent does not prevent you from using the site.
